Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information BistuAI collects through this website (www.arn.pw) and in the course of delivering our services, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as we can get away with, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. If you submit the contact form or the technical question form, we receive the name, the email address or WeChat ID you provide, and the message itself. If you email, call or message us on WeChat, we hold that correspondence. During a project we also hold the business information you share with us in order to build what you asked for.

We do not ask for identity documents, payment card numbers or any special category of personal data through this website. Invoicing details, where needed, are exchanged directly and kept only as long as accounting rules require.

Analytics and cookies

This site is a statically generated website. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking or profiling. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, such as IP address, timestamp and user agent, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. If we introduce analytics on this site in future, we will name the provider here before it goes live.

Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, to prepare a quote, to deliver and support the work you have commissioned, to send transactional messages about your project, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Who else sees it

Form submissions pass through our hosting platform, Vercel, and the email delivery service Resend, which forwards them to our mailboxes. Those mailboxes are operated by third-party email providers. Where a project requires it, we may use specialist subcontractors under confidentiality terms. We use AI tools in our delivery workflow; we do not paste your confidential material into third-party AI services without your agreement. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we will not share it except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence and records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards only as long as needed for support, warranty or legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to retain it.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to mailboxes and project repositories is restricted and protected by multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise: if a breach affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent to further contact at any time. Write to mingxinai@agentmail.to and we will respond within one business day and complete the request within 30 days.

Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it and material changes are recorded in the changelog. We will not apply a materially different use to information already collected without telling you.
