Read this before applying
We have no full-time employees and are not hiring any. The delivery pipeline runs on AI agents and automation, and that is a deliberate choice rather than a temporary stage. If you are looking for a salaried position, this is not the right place and we would rather tell you now than waste your time.
What we do have is per-project work for specialists, paid on agreed deliverables. If that suits you, everything below is real.

The same standards we ask of clients apply to how we treat collaborators
One paid pilot task first
Instead of unpaid tests, we pay for one small real task. Both sides find out quickly whether the collaboration works.
Written scope and rate
Deliverables, deadline, rate and payment date agreed in writing before you start. No verbal commitments.
Credit and ownership
Client work is delivered under our contract, but we say who did what when clients ask, and we do not resell your portfolio rights.
Straight feedback
If your work is not what we need, you hear it directly and get paid for what was agreed. If it is good, you get more work.
Introduce Yourself
Send two or three pieces of work, what you want to be paid, and your availability. We reply within 1 business day, including when the answer is no.
